This award recognises advisers that have a track record of providing outstanding support and advice to family businesses. Advisers can come from all areas of the professions, from accountancy and business advisory, legal, banking and financial, recruitment, marketing or management consultancy.

Award criteria
Advisers must be based in the Midlands and have worked with family businesses in the past two years.
Judging details
The judging panel will be led by the head of a Northamptonshire-based family business. The five shortlisted family businesses will be invited to an informal interview in Plumtree, Nottinghamshire on Monday 17 September.
