Baggaley Construction was founded in 1908 by the great grandfather of the current Managing Director Ian Baggaley, and is one of Mansfield's oldest companies. As an integral part of the local business community, Baggaley soon established an excellent reputation as a good family firm specialising in minor works.
Today Baggaley has become one of the region's leading construction companies with an enviable reputation for quality and steadfast commitment to deliver projects on time and on budget. The traditional family values that helped established the business 103 years ago, still remain today but with a modern approach and a culture geared towards clients and collaboration, rather than just projects and buildings.
In June 2006 Baggaley moved to state-of-the-art new premises in Melton Way, Mansfield, signifying the next stage of growth for the company, having been at their previous base on Baums Lane for 79 years.
Baggaley construction consists of three divisions:
Baggaley Construct - Design and Build, Traditional and Partnering projects with values up to £15 million and operates across key industry sectors including 'Blue Light', Education, Health, Industrial and Commercial
Baggaley Projects - Projects up to £750,000 which includes fast track refurbishment and small new build projects.
Baggaley Maintain - Planned and responsive maintenance together with capital works of values up to £100,000.
