The Fastest Growing Family Business award was sponsored by Prospect IP.
This award recognised those family businesses that have seen sustained growth in recent years, despite the downturn in the economic climate. Growth could be in terms of financial growth, market share or through expanding into new markets.
The judging panel
The judging panel for the Fastest Growing Family Business award was led by Perween Warsi CBE, founder and CEO of Derbyshire-based family business S & A Foods. Judging alongside Perween was Grant Gordon, director general of the IFB, and Dr Derek Palmer of Prospect IP.
