Chris specialises in the provision of tax services to privately owned groups, and heads up the Birmingham private business tax practice as well as participating in the leadership of the national practice. Chris has a wealth of experience helping his clients reduce their tax expense including: advising shareholders and high net worth individuals on capital gains tax planning, extracting cash tax efficiently, assisting groups reduce their overall effective tax rates and international reorganisations to reduce UK and overseas corporation tax.
