- Innovations the family business has introduced through working practices, products or services and the subsequent benefits to the business, their sector or region
- Your process for reviewing your suppliers to ensure Sustainability through your supply chain
- How you communicate your Sustainability commitment to your customers, suppliers and community
- The family values and the family members guided the development of your Sustainability initiatives
- How you see your Sustainability developing in years to come
